 Minimum Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for university and other post secondary programs, 6 credits must be 4U, 4M or a combination.  One credit must be English 4U. These credits can be part of the 30 credit total or in addition to the total. The admission requirements vary with the program and university. Check out all the possibilities. Important Dates for University Applicants:

September, 2010:          Post-Secondary Information session
Oct/Nov, 2010    :           On-line application tutorial
December 10, 2010:       Submit on-line application and $110.00 minimum fee to
                                     Ontario Universities (3 choices)  $40.00 for each additional choice
January 12, 2011 :         Final on-line sbmission deadline.
February 4, 2011:          Last date for students to submit all university and program dates to
                                     OUAC.
March Break 2011:        Tours and Information Sessions available at universities.
Late March   2011:        Earliest date for offers of admission. The dates vary according to
                                     each institution
Mid May 2011:               OSAP application available
May 30  2011:                The latest date by which all secondary school applicants shall
                                     expect a response from an Ontario university. Such a response
                                     will be one of  1) an offer of admission, 2) a refusal, or 3) a deferral
                                     pending the receipt of specific additional information.
June 2, 2011:                The earliest date by which Ontario universities may require a
                                     response to an offer of admission.
